1. Bespoke Creation Policy
All pieces created by SOI Jewelry are made to order, according to each client's individual specifications — including stone selection, design, and sizing. In accordance with applicable European consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As a result, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
2. Deposit and Cancellation
A deposit is required to confirm your order and begin the creation process.

If you cancel your order before production has begun, your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your order after production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers stone sourcing and work already underway.

3. Free Resizing
We want your piece to fit perfectly. SOI Jewelry offers one free resizing within 30 days of delivery, where technically possible depending on the design and materials. Please contact us at soijewelry.atelier@gmail.com to arrange this service.
4. Legal Warranty (2 Years)
All pieces benefit from the legal warranty of conformity for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Any manufacturing defect must be reported to us at soijewelry.atelier@gmail.com within 15 days of noticing the issue, so we can assess the situation promptly.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

Loss or theft of the piece or any of its stones
Breakage or damage resulting from accidents, impact, or misuse
Normal wear and tear over time

5. Lifetime Replacement of Accent Stones
As a separate benefit beyond the legal warranty, SOI Jewelry offers lifetime replacement of accent stones up to 0.10 ct (the smaller stones surrounding the main stone) in the event they are lost due to normal wear of the setting over time. This benefit applies only to stones of 0.10 ct or less, not the main stone or any stone above this weight, and does not cover loss resulting from accident, impact, theft, or misuse. Shipping or assessment fees may apply.
6. How to Request a Repair, Resizing, or Stone Replacement
To request a resizing, report a manufacturing defect, or request replacement of an accent stone, please contact us at soijewelry.atelier@gmail.com with your order details and, where possible, photos of the piece. We will guide you through the next steps, including any shipping arrangements required.
7. Shipping Costs for Resizing or Repairs
Shipping costs for sending the piece back to SOI Jewelry for resizing, repair, or stone replacement, as well as for returning it to you afterward, will be confirmed at the time of the request.
