Right of Withdrawal

1. General Rule
Under European Union consumer protection law, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
2. Exception for Bespoke and Personalized Goods
This right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
All jewelry created by SOI Jewelry is bespoke: each piece is individually designed around the client's chosen stone, design, sizing, and other personal specifications. As a result, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed with SOI Jewelry once production has begun.
3. Cancellation Before Production Begins
Although the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke orders, SOI Jewelry allows clients to cancel their order and receive a full refund of their deposit before production has begun. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, and the deposit becomes non-refundable, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
