1. Purpose of This Website
This website presents the bespoke jewelry services offered by SOI Jewelry. It is an informational and showcase website only — no products are sold or paid for directly through this website. All consultations, quotations, orders, and payments are arranged individually with Béatrice, by email or in person.
2. The Consultation and Order Process
Every project begins with a private consultation, requested through the contact form or by email. Following this consultation, SOI Jewelry will provide a personalized quotation outlining the stone, design, materials, estimated timeline, and total price. The order is only confirmed once the client has approved the quotation and paid the required deposit, arranged directly with SOI Jewelry outside of this website.
3. Pricing
Prices for bespoke pieces are not listed on this website, as each piece is individually quoted based on the client's chosen stone, design, and specifications. All prices communicated during the consultation process are in EUR (€) and include/exclude VAT as applicable.
4. Payment and Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm an order and begin the creation process. Payment terms and methods are communicated directly to the client at the time of quotation.
5. Cancellation

If a client cancels their order before production has begun, the deposit will be refunded.
If a client cancels their order after production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers stone sourcing and work already underway.

6. Legal Warranty
All pieces benefit from the legal warranty of conformity for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable Belgian consumer protection law. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details, including exclusions.
7. Diamond and Gemstone Certification
Upon request, made prior to the start of production, diamonds can be accompanied by an independent grading certificate (GIA, HRD, or IGI). Details of the stone's characteristics are provided to the client prior to final approval of the piece.
8. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are communicated at the time of quotation. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, sketches, photographs, and content on this website remain the property of SOI Jewelry and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Personal Data
Personal data submitted through this website (such as through the contact form) is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
SOI Jewelry strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this website but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. Since this website does not process online transactions, SOI Jewelry accepts no liability arising from online purchases, as none are made through the site.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Antwerp.
